Kota Kinabalu: The City Hall (DBKK) will temporarily close the licensing department and main service counters on the ground floor of its headquarters here, from today (February 10) until February 18, to allow carrying out disinfection works. Mayor Datuk Noorliza Awang Alip said the department and ticket offices will resume operations on February 21. However, she said, payment can still be made at DBKK payment counters on the seventh floor, Center Point, sixth floor, Menara UTC and Damai Multipurpose Hall.
The public can also settle their payments online via DBKK E-Services (Assessment Rate/Compound//DBKK License) at https://eservices.dbkk.sabah. gov.my; DBKK e-cukai (only for review rates) by downloading from Playstore/Appstore; Sabah Pay (Assessment Rate/Compound) by downloading from Playstore/Appstore; and Jompay (only for trial rates) with billing code: 6739
