ACCOR increases its stake in dailypoint

Munich / Paris, June 27, 2022 – Accor increased its strategic investment in dailypoint™ to 27%. The Munich company Toedt, Dr. Selk & Coll. GmbH (TSC) with its dailypoint™ data management platform, is intensifying its cooperation with Accor, the sixth largest hotel company in the world. Accor had already obtained a 21% stake in TSC in November 2019. This is linked to an even closer technical collaboration with D-EDGE, Accor’s retailer, and the CRS platform.

“We have pushed the technical merger with D-EDGE strongly over the past two years and the results have been extremely positive. So it is a logical evolution and confirmation of the work that has made us the first central platform of management in the hospitality industry,” said Dr. Michael Toedt, Managing Partner and one of the three founders of dailypoint™ alongside Dr. Robert Selk, specialist in IT law and data protection, and Rainer Aumiller, the company’s CIO.
